Human rights and modern slavery statement
Last revised: 25 September 2026.
1. Commitment and scope
Mindtro opposes forced labour, human trafficking, child labour and exploitation. We expect lawful, respectful treatment of people in our own work and relevant supplier relationships. This is a voluntary policy statement. Any statutory reporting obligation is assessed separately for the relevant entity and reporting year.
2. Company context
The companies identified here are Mindtro GmbH in Germany and MİNDTRO TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ in Türkiye. Their details appear in the legal notice. Our work concerns software, AI, engineering and related services. Relevant suppliers can include cloud services, professional services, equipment and office services; actual suppliers are assessed for the work they perform.
3. Responsible working relationships
Employment and procurement arrangements must respect applicable labour law and prohibit coercion, unlawful recruitment charges, identity-document retention and retaliation. Personnel should be able to raise concerns safely. Contracting decisions should consider supply-chain risk, available evidence and proportionate follow-up; a country or supplier brand is not proof that exploitation risk is absent.
4. Concerns and remediation
Report a concern through legal@mindtro.com or an appropriate manager. We treat good-faith reports seriously and prohibit retaliation. We assess the facts, protect confidentiality where possible and seek proportionate remediation. Where necessary, this may involve the supplier, affected people or competent authorities. Legal duties and external reporting rights remain unaffected.
5. Accountability
Management is responsible for implementing this commitment within each entity’s activities. Any future report of training rates, supplier checks, incidents or audit results must identify its period, method and supporting records. See the code of conduct for related expectations.
