Service providers and processing locations
Last revised: 30 September 2026.
1. Confirmed provider families
Hostinger hosts this public website. Mindtro also uses AWS and Google services. The table summarises these providers; the contracted entities, products and processing locations are specified for each service.
| Provider family | Context | Information for a customer deployment |
|---|---|---|
| Hostinger | Public website hosting and delivery; receives visitor connection and request information | Hosting for the marketing website is distinct from customer application hosting; the applicable hosting agreement defines the contracted entity and operational configuration |
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Cloud services used by Mindtro | Exact contracted entity, enabled services, processing/support locations and safeguards are recorded in the agreed service schedule |
| Google services used by Mindtro; optional Google Maps on this website | The applicable Google product and entity determine its role and processing locations; Maps is distinct from customer cloud hosting | |
| OpenStreetMap Foundation tile service | Optional website map fallback after the visitor’s choice | Receives map-request connection information; it is not a provider of customer workspace storage |
AWS and Google provider information is available through AWS data privacy and Google privacy information. These links do not replace Mindtro’s own record of its selected configuration.
2. Legal entities and customer authorisation
Mindtro GmbH and MİNDTRO TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ are the German and Turkish companies identified in the legal notice. The Turkish company is not automatically authorised to process every customer’s data. Any processing or support access must be specified, contractually covered and assessed for international transfers where relevant.
This overview is not a complete authorised-subprocessor schedule for a live customer deployment. Before customer personal data is enabled, the parties must record the exact processor entities, purposes, data categories, locations, transfer safeguards and agreed authorisation. Request that schedule at legal@mindtro.com. A supplier brand or this web page alone is not sufficient authorisation.
3. Changes
The DPA provides advance notice and an objection process for intended subprocessor changes. Payment, messaging, model or support providers selected for a particular service must be added to its schedule before they receive covered data. Customer-selected integrations and providers acting independently must be identified according to their actual role; not every external website is a subprocessor.
