Before you start
Workspace access, an enabled model and an agreed document-processing configuration. Confirm which file formats and storage boundary your deployment supports.
Steps
- Check who can read each knowledge source and assistant. Use a restricted account to confirm that another workspace’s sources are not returned.
- Test both an allowed action and an action outside the assigned scope. Review access again when the user, source or policy changes.
- Compare the observed outcome with the expected result. Keep the relevant identifier and a redacted record so a colleague can review the same case.
