Before you start
Workspace access, an enabled model and an agreed document-processing configuration. Confirm which file formats and storage boundary your deployment supports.
Steps
- Choose the organisation and workspace. Start with one non-sensitive document whose content you can verify yourself.
- Add the document through the configured knowledge workflow and wait for processing to complete. Ask a narrow question that the source actually answers.
- Open the source reference and compare it with the answer. Then ask a question outside the source and check that uncertainty is visible.

If it does not work
Check processing status, source membership and model availability separately. Share a redacted request identifier and the observed result with support, not the confidential document.
