Backlog & Sprints

The backlog panel lets you group tasks into sprints or keep them unscheduled.

• Sprints: Create, rename, reorder, or delete sprints. New tasks with “To Do” status start in the unsprinted list.
• Move tasks: Drag cards between sprints or back to the backlog. Reorder within a sprint to set priority.
• Bulk actions: When removing a sprint, choose whether its tasks move to another sprint or back to the backlog.
• Position: Open the backlog from the canvas to place it where you need; you can drag the panel if it blocks your view.
• Data sync: All changes reflect instantly in Kanban and task popovers because they share the same task source.

Use backlog for sprint planning, then switch to Kanban to execute the sprint.
